Standard UK Delivery - £3.95. Delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
Next Day UK Delivery - £4.95. Delivered next working day if ordered before 3 pm.
Please note orders placed after 3pm Friday will be shipped on Monday and delivered Tuesday.

All UK orders are shipped with DPD and UK Mail and are fully trackable. Please note DPD/UK Mail will not deliver on Bank Holidays.

Please note during busy sale periods order processing may take slightly longer.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfilment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. During sale period the processing time can increase to up to 5 working days.

After your payment is authorised and verified, standard orders can still take 2 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from minosky.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 5 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

Minosky does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, Minosky reserves the right to require customers to use a "common" shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

Additionally, Minosky reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, Minosky reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

US Delivery Time and Cost

Unfortunately, our US facility has had to close due to Covid 19 and this means that we will not be able to process any returns on the portal. We anticipate the closure to be in place for one week but it will remain closed until we have received notification that the situation has improved and the facility can be reopened.

We have an area open so that courier deliveries can be accepted but USPS deliveries will be held at the local USPS facility. The returns consignment will also be placed on hold and this will delay parcels being repatriated.

We regret and apologise for any disruption and we will endeavour to keep you updated with accurate information as the situation evolves.

Standard US Delivery - $5.99. Standard shipping is temporarily suspended. If selected at checkout, your order will be fulfilled once USPS is back up and running again.
Express US Delivery - $ 14.99 approximately Delivered within 1 - 2 working days.

All US orders are shipped with FEDEX and DHL and are fully trackable. FEDEX/ DHL will not deliver on Public Holidays.

Customs & Import fees

As all orders are currently shipped from England and so you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery.

USA – All orders above US$800 will be subject to an import tax. For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department.

International Shipping Time and Cost

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

As all orders are currently shipped from England and so you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery.

Australia – All orders above AUS$1000 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, please check with the Department of Home Affairs for further info.

New Zealand - All orders above NZD$60 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the goods in the parcel. You can get an estimate from the New Zealand Customs Service website.

We are happy to accept returns, any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels and that is despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.

UK Returns

Simply email us for the return address at info@minosky.com with your order number and the reason why you wish to return your item(s).

USA Returns

In order to return your garments you MUST have access to a printer.

You will be able to process your return on the portal from 5 days after receiving your parcel.

Please allow this time for the portal to update with your details.

Here are the steps you need to follow to send any items back to us:

1. Click here, or copy & paste the following URL to access our online returns portal - http://parcelreturn.com/Grassfields/Booking/QuickReturn
2. Log in using the following details - your order number (including the #); your zip code; your full name (as shown on the shipping label).
3. Enter the requested details on the next page.
4. Read & accept T&C’s.
5. Print the return label once generated.
6. Wrap your item/s & this completed return form.
7. Securely attach the return label.
8. Take your parcel to your local depot and pay the postage fee.

Once you have sent the item(s) please provide us with proof of return AND tracking number

Once we receive the item(s), we shall then proceed to send you a Store Credit via email. Sale items can only be returned for STORE CREDIT.

Please note Store Credit’s will not include any previous shipping costs.
Upon receipt it takes about 3-5 working days to process your return.

All payments will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card.

Returns for refund will proceed within 5-10 working days of receiving the item, however card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. This depends on their processing time and can vary greatly between card issuers. Unfortunately, we are therefore unable to influence this. We only refund shipping costs if there has been an error with the order. Sale items or items purchased in the sale section can be returned for STORE CREDIT only. We do not offer exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our clothes are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. However, return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
